The In & Out Gardens Guarantee

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that the items you purchase At In & Out Gardens meet your high standards—or you can return it for a replacement or refund*.


Our
carefully-selected product line reflects the wisdom of our many years of growing experience and our service speaks of an honest commitment to serving our customers and meeting their needs. Our company staff are afforded the opportunity to personally test the products we sell to our customers providing invaluable knowledge that a first-time buyer of a new system or product might not otherwise be afforded.  What’s more, we listen to our customer’s feedback…all of it. Bottom line?  You can count on what we offer to be highly functional and satisfaction guaranteed. Which means you can't go wrong with a purchase from In & Out gardens.

Now, if you ARE ever disatisfied with an item, you may simply return or exchange purchases* at any In & Out Garden Store or through our mail order web store.


If there is an item that is defective and under warranty by the manufacturer we will make EVERY effort to assist our customers to facilitate the fulfillment of that warranty by the manufacturer even though we are not the responsible party.

No-questions-asked Return Policy:

We happily honor a 30-day return on all eligible products when accompanied by a receipt and returned in what we consider to be a re-sellable condition.  All sealed/packaged products must be returned unopened. 
We do not charge a re-stock fee on any items considered to be a “regularly-stocked item” but reserve the right to require one if management deems it necessary.  Due to the risks associated with re-selling certain products, this return policy does not include soils and certain grow mediums and/or other items posted as “non-returnable”.

Special order items must be “re-sellable” and approved for return but will incur a 15% restock fee plus possible shipping & handling charges if In & Out Gardens must pay to return them to the manufacturer for credit.  But, we do try to work with our customer’s in these issues if at all possible and strive to provide as much advance information as possible to avoid the need to return items that are not commonly stocked. (We reserve the right to refuse any returns.)



Warranties

Defective Items:   During the 30-day return period, any defective items will be handled by In & Out Gardens. After the 30-day return period, refer to the manufacturer's warranty. In an effort to provide its customers with the highest degree of customer service, In & Out may, at its discretion, honor the manufacturers warranty after the 30-day return period. If an item is returned to In & Out Gardens as defective, and it is determined that there was nothing wrong with the product, than you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees incurred. This will also be the case if anything has been done to the product to void the warranty.

In & Out Gardens are not able to accept responsibility or liability for any manufacturer’s warranty but will make every effort to assist our customers with a valid warranty claim against a manufacturer that sells our product.
